Chris has over 20 years experience in the research, design and role out of Grid Edge to cloud solutions.
In a Previous role Chris was responsible for proposing the winning the DECC GB Smart Metering Comms Service Provider architecture (net worth approx. $2bn over 15 years). Further career highlights include driving the development of the European interests of the ZigBee Smart Energy (ZSE) profile and leading the development of the world’s first certified (May 2008) Smart Energy In Premise Display (IPD) and prototype smart meter.
Chris has also authored over a dozen 1st tier Journal Papers on Grid Edge solutions.

Andrew has extensive experience within the Smart metering industry, having led the specification and development of many metering products including; Ultrasonic Gas Meters; Hybrid Diaphragm Gas Meters; Mag Stripe Card Pre-payment; Cloud PAYG applications; SMETS Electricity Meters.
More recently Andrew has held Systems Architect and Business Developer positions, focusing on networked applications of heat; gas; electricity and water metering, utilising PLC; GPRS; RS485; wMbus and FlexNet communication technologies. Andrew has extensive experience in market sectors that include Solar; Electric Vehicles; I&C; Sub-metering; Pre-Payment; Multi Occupancy Dwellings and Primary(fiscal) Metering Applications.
